Denmark’s new business atlas

Denmark is known for windmills, butter and bacon, but new growth businesses are emerging. They range from the Michelin-starred restaurant Noma, to clean-tech hope Stirling, which has developed a climate-friendly generator that runs on biofuels. Between these two extremes, a range of other growth-hope companies are operating across traditional Danish strength areas, such as recycling and biotech.
